- Who will be cleaning my home?
- We have a dedicated team of trained and experienced cleaners and one or more will be assigned to you. If you’d like to request a particular cleaner, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. All our maids and cleaners are completely professional and will not smoke, drink, or eat inside your home or use any of your appliances (apart from the vacuum cleaner).
- What do I have to do before 99lambs cleaners arrive?

To enable our cleaners to carry out their cleaning tasks as quickly and efficiently as
possible, we ask you to pick up any household items, toys, and clothing that may be
lying around.
- What time will 99lambs cleaners arrive at my home?
- We usually can’t guarantee a specific arrival time, though we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests wherever possible. Our normal work hours are from 8am to 5pm so you can expect cleaners to arrive at some point within this time frame.
- What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
- At 99lambs we take full responsibility for anything that is accidentally broken or damaged while we are cleaning. We will treat your home as if it’s our own and make every effort to repair items or replace them if necessary.
- Do I need to be home when 99lambs cleaners come?
- It’s up to you – if you prefer to be around while our cleaners are working, this is totally acceptable. If you work outside the house during the day or you’d prefer to go out while cleaning is in progress, you can provide a key or other access method to your house so the cleaners can let themselves in. Many of our existing clients provide our maids with their own keys, as they are confident they can be trusted to go above and beyond in cleaning tasks and respect the home and property as if it were their own.
- Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or supplies?
- No – our cleaners bring all equipment and cleaning materials with them so there’s no additional expense for you to buy cleaning products. If you have a vacuum cleaner we'll use yours, otherwise let us know and our cleaners will bring one when they visit. If you do have special equipment or products you’d like us to use, you’re more than welcome to supply the items and ask our maids to use them.
- Where do the maids park?
- The maids will park in front of your apartment or house, or as close as possible. If free parking is not available, we may ask you to cover the additional parking charges. If you have designated free parking that will be available during cleaning, please let us know where to park.
